Many people have asked me whether now is a good time to sell a property.
Of course it is - it's always a good time to sell, even now.
Why?
The housing market is in a bit of a lull now, so canny buyers who have their finances in place will be ready to pounce on any property that comes to market. And with interest rates as low as they are, most savvy buyers will be prepared to offer that little bit extra to seal the deal. So if you have a good property in a good area, you'll have no trouble finding buyers looking for their dream property.
But don't forget - house prices can only go up - so it's only a good time to sell if you are thinking of trading up!.
