Many people have asked me whether now is a good time to buy a property.
Of course it is - it's always a good time to buy, even now.
Why?
The housing market is in a bit of a lull now, so canny buyers who have their finances in place will be able to pounce on any property that comes to market. And with interest rates as low as they are, most savvy buyers will be able to offer that little bit extra to seal the deal. So if you're looking for a good property in a good area, you'll have no trouble securing your dream property.
But don't forget - house prices can only go up - so it's always a good time to buy if you intend to hold for the long term!.
